26° BRASS BAND FRENCH OPEN – June 3-4-5 2022

The global Covid 19 pandemic has silenced the world of culture, orchestras, choirs and all artistic forms for very long months. The Brass band was not spared.

After the cancellation of the 2020 edition, in 2021 we hoped to see you again in the from of a festive moment of musical reunion outdoors on the ‘Ile d’Or d’Amboise” but without being able to envisage an international competition indoor especially since the travel was almost impossible and orchestra work could not take place anywhere.

Unfortunately, despite positive responses from French Brass bands who wanted to come in Amboise, the planned date did not yet allow gatherings of more than ten people and it is therefore death in the soul that we had to abdicate once again.

See you on June 3, 4 and 5, 2022 for the next French Open and a great brass festival.

The 26° BRASS BAND FRENCH OPEN

We wish so much to see you again in 2022. If the context allows, the 26th Brass Band French Open will take place from 3 to 5 June 2022.

Hope returns and the first overall contacts abroad arrive.

This bodes well and we will do everything so that we all find together, in the respect of each one and the sanitary standards of the moment, the happiness of these shared moments of the Brass Band music that we all love so much. Priority in the order of registrations will be given to ensembles already registered for the 2020 edition.

Do not hesitate to take information now to be present in Amboise in 2022, more precise information will reach you in the coming weeks.

The Contest 2022

The next French Open will take place on the first weekend of June, on Friday 3 – Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 June 2022. The day of the contest is Saturday, June 4th.
